Cityside Fibre
Cityside Fiber will be installing their new fiber-optic network in our neighborhood, bringing gig-speed internet to local residents. Cox will still be available to provide cable TV as well as internet.
Construction will begin January 20th and be completed by February 27th or earlier. Please be aware of any markings and "No Parking" signs needed to keep work areas open.

Community-wide wood repairs on both the building structures and the carports will be on-going. Please look for posted notices on your front door or carport storage lockers when your specific areas will be worked on.
If you have any questions, please direct them to the property manager.

Almost all of the buildings have already been completely re-roofed, which included replacing any wood and the underlayment felt. There are a total of 23 buildings and the plan is to re-roof 1 or 2 buildings per year until all the buildings are done.
