Dear Residents,
Please be advised that all LOWER UNITS will be having the water heater doors inspected on Saturday, April 26, 2025, between 8am-5pm (weather permitting).
Please leave patio gates unlocked, and all pets are inside. Water heater doors need be fully accessible for a complete inspection, so please remove any items around the door,including plant material.

Community-wide wood repairs on both the building structures and the carports will be on-going. Please look for posted notices on your front door or carport storage lockers when your specific areas will be worked on.
If you have any questions, please direct them to the property manager.
Several buildings have already been completely re-roofed, which included replacing any wood and the underlayment felt. There are a total of 23 buildings and the plan is to re-roof 1 or 2 buildings per year until all the buildings are done.
