About Us

Columbia Square is a community of 174 homes in Irvine, California. Lakes, parks, professional sports, the University of California, Irvine (UCI), community colleges, and a long list of high tech industries make this area an attractive area in which to live. Several beaches are a 15 minute drive away.

Our community is located in close proximity to all major shopping areas such as The District, South Coast Plaza, Irvine and Tustin Marketplace, and the Irvine Spectrum.  John Wayne International Airport is a short 10 minute drive away, and is within walking distance to University High School and UCI. Columbia Square is part of a master community (Town Center Association) consisting of 8 other associations, with recreational facilities including swimming pools, jacuzzis, tennis, and basketball courts, and a soccer field.
